Towing Companies Ontario – By now, we’ve all seen the news and heard the stories about how some towing companies took advantage of the wildfire disaster on the 15 Freeway on July 17.
Our pledge to our community is that Dietz Towing will always charge a fair rate for our services. We will never knowingly overcharge our customers regardless of the circumstances.
We are contracted with a number of local police departments and the California Highway Patrol and must abide by the rates they set and made public in plain sight at our facility. We value our relationships with these organizations and would not engage in any business practices that would jeopardize these relationships.
Dietz Towing is a family owned business and does make a fair profit by offering professional towing services and various roadside assistance services. We thank you and our community for the continued support over the years.
Ontario Towing Service Agreements Awarded for 2015
The results are in for the bidding on the Ontario Towing Service Agreement and we’ve secured another 5 year contract with the City of Ontario to provide towing services. We are very honored that the City recognized our continued service and support.
The process for bidding on the contract was much more formal this time around. We had to submit a very detail proposal and it took a couple of months for the City to work through the submissions before making their final recommendations to the City Council.
We attended the City Council meeting for the final vote. All the competitors were there to see the results first hand. The Council voted unanimously to accept the recommendations.

As a towing service in Ontario, we sometimes see the tragic results of accidents. Some of these accidents involve children which makes it even worse.
As a public service we want to help educate our community on child safety in automobiles, we put together this group of videos that may help. Some of them are appropriate for children so we encourage you to watch them with your kids.
Stay tuned! We’re in the process of putting together a whole series of videos meant to help you be safe when dealing with vehicle problems such as changing a flat tire or properly jump starting a dead battery.
